This project focused on heavy-duty steel fabrication, reliable automation, and a smooth-running entrance system that delivers both security and long-term durability without compromising on finish.

Workshop Fabrication & Detailing.
Fabrication for The Pilots Calshot focused on building a gate system capable of handling exposed coastal conditions without compromising on finish. The main frame was fully welded in-house using heavy-duty steel sections, followed by the integration of decorative scrollwork to achieve a balanced, high-end look. Careful attention was given to structural strength, alignment, and long-term durability before the system moved into final assembly.
Telehandler Lift
& Site Installation.
Installation at The Pilots Calshot required careful handling due to the size and weight of the sliding gate. A telehandler was used to safely lift and position the gate into place, allowing for controlled placement onto the track system. From there, the focus shifted to precise alignment, ensuring the gate ran smoothly across the full span before final setup and commissioning.
Final Handover
& Commissioning.
The The Pilots Calshot project was completed with full system commissioning. This involved the final calibration of the Roger Technology automated arms and comprehensive safety force-testing to ensure the gate operation meets BS EN safety standards.
