Workshop Fabrication
& Build Phase.
Fabrication for Bashley House New Milton was carried out entirely in-house to ensure the gates and railings worked as one complete system. The focus was on achieving consistent spacing, alignment, and detailing across both elements, with all structural welding completed before preparing the framework for automation. This approach ensures a clean, unified finish while maintaining the strength required for long-term daily use.
On-Site Installation
& System Setup.
Installation focused on bringing the gates and railings together as one clean, continuous frontage. The gate leaves were mounted and aligned first, followed by the matching railings to ensure consistent spacing and level lines across the full width. Final setup included tuning the Roger Technology system to achieve smooth, reliable operation on a daily basis.
Final Handover
& Commissioning.
The Bashley House New Milton project was completed with full system commissioning and final checks to ensure everything operated smoothly and safely. This included calibration of the Roger Technology automation, along with force testing and safety setup in line with UK regulations.
